Established in 1983 TWS has over 30 years experience in the manufacture, refurbishment and repair of feedscrews and barrels used in the following industrial process, Extrusion, Injection Moulding, Blown Moulding, Compounding and Recycling.
TWS can manufacture extruder screws and barrels to be a direct replacement to the original manufacturers parts, we can also refurbish screws and barrels and bring them back to their original tolerances.
Our company aim is to provide a first class service to all our customers large or small, we work with many customers to build up an understanding of their individual processing needs, this generally leads to TWS having a digital library of their parts on our database and an understanding of the lifespan of their consumable parts hopefully leading to less downtime and costly breakdowns.
